Also known as Bidasar Green marble, Rain Forest Green marble comes from the Rajasthan state of India. This marble is known for its enticing looks as well as durability. The dark brown veins that haphazardly run against the green background on the surface of this marble give an impression of a dense teak forest; hence given the name, Forest Green.
Rain Forest Green marble is basically used in the form of tiles, blocks, and slabs. The veining pattern, as well as the base color, may vary from one shipment to another; depending upon the section of the quarry from which the marble has been extracted. Once the marble is cut into slabs, it is then book-matched, i.e., cutting and polishing of two slabs to create mirror images of each other. Polyester resin is applied to fill the naturally occurring voids prior to the polishing stage. These slabs are further arranged in sequence to allow a steady flow in the pattern.
Its eye-pleasing texture and ability to shine brilliantly after polishing makes it an equally popular material for exterior and interior design. An ideal choice for kitchen and bathroom installations, Rain Forest Green marble is extensively used to create kitchen countertops, vanity countertops along with steps and risers. At Bagayat Enterprises (BE), we offer Rain Forest Green marble in different dimensions and finishes, including polished and tumbled. Being a major Indian manufacturer and exporter of Indian Rain Forest Green marble, Bagayat Enterprises ensures safe and timely deliveries of premium quality products at various locations around the globe.
